I was responsible for multiple end-to-end products from concept to launch, like at a startup, but with the responsibility of enterprise scale.

Revolutionized supplier onboarding process by designing intuitive workflows that reduced setup time from 2 months to 2 hours, enabling Meta Quest and other teams to transact with suppliers at scale
Conducted international qualitative research and concept testing with companies across three countries to validate design solutions
Led research synthesis and design thinking workshops that informed the product roadmap, securing support to double the team size

Identified critical friction points in supplier setup through targeted research across three countries. Designed and rigorously tested a guided onboarding experience that reduced supplier setup time from 2 months to 2 hours.
Conducted multiple rounds of usability testing to refine the experience through three pattern iterations. This ensured the interface successfully communicated complex business logic while simplifying user workflows. The redesigned system enabled Meta teams to transact with suppliers at scale, directly supporting business expansion efforts.
