Innovated consumer hardware supply chain products that support millions of dollars in monthly transaction volume and enable enterprise use cases within Workplace. I was responsible for multiple end-to-end products from concept to launch, like at a startup, but with the responsibility of enterprise scale.

I conducted concept and usability studies with companies in 3 countries to validate our solutions. And I collaborated with product managers and engineers to streamline workflows, add customer value at every step, and deliver polished experiences.
